Following their spectacular performances this year across Europe, in Western Canada and at the recent PowerTrip Festival in California, iconic British band IRON MAIDEN will be bringing THE FUTURE PAST TOUR to Australia next year. This will be the first return to Australia since the band touched down on Ed Force One for their 2016-17 The Book of Souls Tour.

THE FUTURE PAST TOUR, which includes songs from both the band’s most recent studio album Senjutsu as well as 1986’s seminal album Somewhere In Time, alongside other fan favourites, played to over 750,000 fans at more than 30 sold-out shows across Europe in the summer of 2023. Featuring one of the most spectacular stage productions of the band’s career, it received rave reviews in every city and country that IRON MAIDEN visited.

A collector ticket is a special souvenir item, featuring a unique design for your event. By purchasing a collector ticket, you can keep a tangible reminder of your experience and show off your support for your favourite artist or event.

The collector ticket is a keepsake only, not your ticket into the event.

Is it possible to extend my stay?
Your package booking includes a one night stay at your chosen hotel.  Extra nights either side of the event night are bookable via our partners, Sound Travel, who will contact you within 7 days of placing your package booking. Terms and conditions to apply.
Is it possible to upgrade my room?
All package bookings include a standard room (double/twin) at your chosen hotel, subject to availability.  Room upgrades may be available to purchase along with extra nights through our partners, Sound Travel, who will contact you within 7 days of placing your package booking. If they do not contact you, please contact us via help@sound.travel. Terms -and conditions to apply.
Can I arrange an early check in or late check out?
Check in and check out times vary and are specific to the hotel that you select as a part of your package.  Early check in and late check out is subject to availability and can be noted as a request via our partners Sound Travel who will pass these on to the hotel. Early check in and late check out may incur additional fees and are at the discretion of the hotel.
Do the ticket + hotel packages include transportation to the venue?
Our packages do not include transportation to the venue. You can view travel route suggestions within your package confirmation details of which will be available to you in your Sound Travel account area.
When will I receive my ticket + hotel package confirmation?
Hotel packages are provided by our travel partner, Sound Travel.  Within 7 days of placing your booking with Ticketek, you should receive a log in details to a customer account area where you will be able to view your hotel booking and download your package confirmation. If you do not receive this please contact us via help@sound.travel.
How do I amend the name on my booking?
You can amend the name of the lead guest on your booking up to 15 days prior to your check in date with our travel partners Sound Travel.  An amendment fee of $50 per change (including GST) will be charged by Sound Travel.  No amendments will be possible within 15 days prior to your check in date.
Do you need the names of all guests on my booking?
We only require the name of the lead guest, however if you have more than one room booked and will be checking in separately, please contact Sound Travel with your full name, email address that you used to place your booking and your Ticketek Order Confirmation Number, as well as the lead guest names for the additional room(s).
I have booked one package, how many rooms will I be allocated?
All our packages are based on two people sharing one room, each package includes two event tickets and one hotel room.  If you have purchased two packages you will have 4 tickets and two hotel rooms included.
I've booked multiple packages, can I guarantee that my rooms will be allocated next to each other?
Please contact Sound Travel with your full name, the email that you used to place your booking and your Ticketek Order Confirmation Number and they will do their best to accommodate your requests.  Please note all requests will be subject to room availability.
I've contacted my hotel and they have no record of my booking
Our partner hotels will have access to your booking details from 14 days pre arrival.  If you would like to arrange parking or any other extra directly with the hotel, please do so within 14 days of your check in date. Sound Travel cannot arrange pre-booked parking.
I need to cancel my package, can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available when an event has been cancelled or rescheduled, or where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Any extra nights purchased are subject to terms and conditions and are non-refundable or cancellable, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
My package confirmation is incorrect
Please contact Sound Travel with your full name, the email that you used to place your booking and your Ticketek Order Confirmation Number and they will investigate the error for you.

  • Hotel + Ticket packages (Hotel Packages) are provided by our travel partner, Sound Travel Group Pty Ltd (Sound Travel). Ticketing terms and conditions, hotel terms and conditions and Sound Travel terms and conditions apply to these terms and conditions, as if they are stated in full herein. All terms and conditions subject to Australian Consumer Law.
  • Each Hotel Package includes one (1) double/twin share hotel room and two (2) tickets to Iron Maiden.
  • Sound Travel will contact you within 7 days of booking your Hotel Package, inviting you to create a Sound Travel account where you can view your booking, request room configurations and add extra nights.
  • Sound Travel will contact you via email and phone using the details provided when booking your Hotel Package with Ticketek Sound Travel are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by you at the time of booking your Hotel Package.
  • All Hotel Package and extra night bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable subject to Australian Consumer Law or if your event is cancelled or rescheduled.
  • At least one member of your travelling party per room is required to be over 18 years of age, minors are not permitted to stay at Sound Travel's partner hotels without an adult present at all times.
  • Sound Travel recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is not provided as a part of your Hotel Package and must be organised by you as the individual, ensuring the policy covers your personal requirements.
  • Ticketek and TEG are unable to help with the status of hotel arrangements, so please contact Sound Travel at help@sound.travel with any queries relating to your Hotel Package.
