VENUE: THE BACKYARD AT PANTHERS is located at 83 Mulgoa Road, Penrith, within the grounds of the Panthers Penrith Leagues Club. The site is an open-air venue featuring a variety of casual seating options including chairs, stools, and benches. All areas of the venue offer a clear view of the stage, creating an inviting and accessible festival atmosphere.
BOX OFFICE / TICKETING The Box Office is located at Panthers Main Reception and will remain open until the headline artist commences. Please have your ticket printed or the barcode ready on your phone for scanning at the gates.
TICKETING POLICY The official ticketing agency for this event is Ticketek. The event takes no responsibility for tickets purchased outside of the official agency. Tickets purchased through third-party platforms such as Viagogo, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, or eBay are done so at the customer’s own risk. Fraudulent tickets will not be honoured. Once a ticket purchase is completed, there are no refunds or exchanges available. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer acknowledges that any government mandates, public health orders, or inability to attend due to illness or personal circumstances does not make them eligible for a refund or exchange.

PARKING Parking is available on-site, a short walk from the main Panthers entry. Please allow extra time for arrival and departure, as traffic congestion is expected.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY All bags and personal belongings will be inspected by Security upon entry. Patrons found with contraband items (e.g. alcohol) will be refused entry without refund.
PERMITTED ITEMS You may bring to this event: Rain Poncho, Non-Professional Camera (No professional lenses or video cameras), Small Camp Chairs, Picnic Blankets.
PROHIBITED ITEMS Items strictly prohibited from entry include: Alcohol, Soft Drink & Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Umbrellas, Cheese Knives, Glass, Glass Jars, Metal Cutlery, Shade Structures, Tents and Canopies, Pets, Offensive Clothing, MC Club Attire, Bicycles, Scooters, Trolleys.
FOOD & BEVERAGE A large selection of food and beverage outlets will be open throughout the day. A public bar will be operating, offering a range of beer, wine, cider, spirits, and non-alcoholic options. All vendors accept Tap & Go and cash payments.
MERCHANDISE Official merchandise will be available, including artist offerings and event-branded items.

ACCESSIBILITY Unreserved accessible parking is available in the Panthers car park. The viewing area is at ground level, and an accessible bathroom is located on-site. Please note: This is an outdoor venue with uneven ground and is exposed to the elements. If you require assistance on the day, please speak with one of our staff.
WEATHER POLICY This is an open-air concert and will proceed rain, hail, or shine. In the unlikely event of cancellation, all ticket holders will be notified via SMS, email, and social media. The event will only be cancelled if deemed unsafe by Event Management, Venue Management, and Emergency Services. Patrons are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather — including suitable footwear, a hat, sunscreen, and a rain poncho.
